Project Manager – Electrical Contracting (FT/PT Opportunity)

Just It's Electric, a fast-growing electrical and HVAC service provider based in Philadelphia, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to join our leadership team. We’re looking for a professional who brings strong electrical industry experience and ideally comes with one or two trusted crew leads to grow with us. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a small but ambitious company.
Position Details
• Type: Full-Time (32–40 hrs/week) or Part-Time (Flexible hours)
• Schedule: Preferred hours: Tues–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility available)
• Compensation:
o Full-Time: $65,000–$85,000 annually (DOE)
o Part-Time: $30–$45/hour
o Incentives: Performance bonuses, profit-sharing opportunities, and potential to grow into a senior leadership or operations role
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from initiation through closeout
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, budget-
conscious project delivery
• Provide field supervision and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance
standards
• Lead job site visits, client walkthroughs, and inspections
• Support client relations, scheduling, and work orders
• Leverage off-site office hours for:
o Customer communication
o Sales and marketing support
o Job costing and budgeting
o Staff coordination and recruitment (especially if bringing team leads)
• Use CRM, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools to stay organized and responsive
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in the electrical or construction trades
• Proven ability to manage field operations and subcontractor crews
• Comfortable working in both the field and the office
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online project tracking tools
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You don’t just manage work—you help generate it
