Just It's Electric is a growing electrical and HVAC service company seeking a dynamic, people-focused Project Manager to join our team. You don’t need to come from the trades— but you do need to be an exceptional organizer, problem-solver, and communicator. If you can manage people and projects with confidence, we’ll teach you the rest.
Role Highlights
• Position Type: Full-Time (32–40 hrs/wk) or Part-Time (Flexible Schedule)
• Location: In-office + Field-based in Philadelphia, PA
• Salary:
o Full-Time: $55,000–$70,000/year (DOE)
o Part-Time: $25–$35/hour
o Bonuses/Incentives: Performance-based bonuses, growth opportunities into senior roles
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects, with guidance from field supervisors
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and technicians
• Assist in managing schedules, supplies, site needs, and customer satisfaction
• Follow up on billing, receivables, and job completion statuses
• Lead office efficiency efforts, including marketing, mailers, and administrative functions
• Represent the company at appointments, workshops, and job meetings
• Use social media, networking, and CRM tools for outreach and lead generation
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and improving processes
Ideal Candidate Has
• 3+ years in project management or team leadership (any industry)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Professional communication—written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Confidence working with customers, crews, and vendors
• Experience with MS Office, email, and basic spreadsheets
• Willingness to learn construction basics on the job
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
