About the Role
Help electrician complete installations and repairs.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances.
Uses hand tools and testing instruments.
Inspects and tests electrical equipment, lighting, signal, communication, and power circuits.
Replaces faulty switches, sockets, and other elements of electrical systems.
Mounts motors, transformers and lighting fixtures into position and completes circuits according to diagram specifications.
Able to install electrical conduit and wires. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Inspects completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codes.
Requisitions new electrical supplies and equipment.
Drive electrical equipment from site to site
Required Skills:
Able to read a ruler and count money
Able to clean and follow directions
Able to complete assigned tasks independently
Prompt and non-confrontational
Excellent hygiene
Valid driver’s license
18 years of age
Hand tools
Able to lift at least fifty pounds
Current tax i.d. or social security number and proof of employability
High school diploma or GED

Job Title: Electrician Helper
Type of Assignment: Permanent
Position Type: Full Time - 40 Hours
Hours of Work: (Monday-Friday), 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Location: Various Field Locations (As Assigned)
Salary: $13.50 per hour
